- This "NUDESKIN 30 Day Results Guaranteed" Return Policy applies to individual eligible Nudeskin products and eligible NUDESKIN kits. Eligible products are: Gentle Hydra-Gel Face Cleanser, Citrus Clean Balm & Makeup Melt, Lemon-Aid Detox & Glow, 5% Citrus Fruit & Glycolic Glow Toner; Kits: Nude Basics, 2-Step Starter Kit, NUDE Essentials 4-Step Citrus Renew, NUDE Essentials for Makeup 4-Step Citrus Renew, and The Ultimate Skin Renewal Kit.
- These products are not eligible for the "NUDESKIN 30 Day Results Guaranteed" Return Policy Nudestix makeup, Nudescreen SPF, Blot & Blur Matte Primer Stick, all 3-piece mini NUDESKIN kits, tools and accessories, merchandise (clothing, water bottles, pouches, bags, hats etc.), and gift cards.
ELIGIBLE PURCHASES:
- This "NUDESKIN 30 Day Results Guaranteed" Return Policy only applies to eligible NUDESKIN products purchased directly from the Nudestix.com / Nudestix.ca website.
ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS:
- This "NUDESKIN 30 Day Results Guaranteed" Return Policy is valid for residents of Canada and United States of America only (excluding Alaska, Hawai’i, and US territories and possessions) as follows. Eligible customers must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence if they live in the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawai`i, and US territories and possessions). This limitation does not apply to residents of Canada unless the laws of the province in which the consumer resides specifies otherwise.
- The "NUDESKIN 30 Day Results Guaranteed" Return Policy is not eligible for purchases from other countries.
- This "NUDESKIN 30 Day Results Guaranteed" Return Policy is only available to new Nudeskin customers who have never before purchased an eligible Nudeskin product (as specified in Eligible Products) through the Nudestix.com / Nudestix.ca website.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS:
- If all other conditions are met, this "NUDESKIN 30 Day Results Guaranteed" Return Policy applies only to eligible Nudeskin products returned to Nudeskin as described below within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the eligible product to the customer.

- Refunds will be issued to returned products using the return label provided by Nudestix Inc. submitted to the Canadian or United States post office, postage prepaid, within 5 business days of return label retrieval via email. Refunds will be issued to the same original form of payment, including taxes. Please note, your original shipping charges and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
